2013歡樂宜蘭年系列活動今天上午在羅東市區大踩街，社區團隊沿途表演，縣長林聰賢、議長張建榮及鎮長林姿妙沿街發送紀念香包，並邀民眾在9日除夕當晚到文化工場大團圓一起迎新年。
